About OctoTable

Octorate is a technology company that develops software solutions for the hospitality industry. Beyond their main hotel management platform, they created OctoTable as a specialized restaurant booking and management system. The company focuses on helping businesses in hospitality streamline their operations through innovative technology solutions that reduce manual work and improve customer experience.

The Challenge

OctoTable needed a website that could effectively communicate their restaurant booking system to restaurant owners across multiple markets. The existing site didn’t clearly explain how their zero-commission booking platform worked or showcase the key features that set them apart from competitors like direct Google bookings and WhatsApp integration.

What I Did

I completely redesigned the OctoTable website to focus on what restaurant owners really need: a simple way to manage bookings without paying commissions. The new site clearly explains that OctoTable lets restaurants receive bookings directly from Google, their website, and social media with zero extra costs.

I created 31 SEO-optimized pages in English, Italian, Spanish, and French to reach restaurant owners across different European markets. Each page targets specific searches like “restaurant booking system” and “menu digitale gratis” depending on the language and market.

The website now showcases three main products: booking management, website builder for restaurants, and free digital menus. Each product has its own section explaining exactly how it helps restaurant owners save time and money. I made sure to highlight key features like WhatsApp integration, real-time synchronization, and the ability to avoid overbooking.

The Results

The new website clearly presents OctoTable as the definitive booking engine for restaurants with zero commissions. The homepage immediately communicates the main value proposition and includes a prominent demo booking button for interested restaurant owners.

I organized the content to address common restaurant pain points like no-shows, overbooking, and manual reservation management. The FAQ section answers typical questions restaurant owners have about implementing new booking systems. The site includes customer testimonials and case studies showing real results from restaurants using the platform.

The multilingual approach allows OctoTable to serve restaurant owners who prefer to read about business solutions in their native language. Each language version is optimized for local search terms and cultural preferences while maintaining consistent messaging about the platform’s benefits.

Key Features: Multi-language support, product demonstration videos, restaurant industry-focused content, mobile-optimized design, clear pricing information, demo booking system
