I lead the marketing operations of three independent companies inside the Dylog Buffetti Group. Each runs its own product, brand, and audience. I own the strategy and the execution end to end.

SAAS • HOSPITALITY

Octorate

All-in-one hospitality management platform used by hotels and short-term rentals worldwide. The product unifies a property management system, a channel manager, a booking engine, and a payments layer in a single workspace. I led the full website redesign and the multilingual SEO architecture across ten languages and over nineteen country markets, plus the international paid media operation across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Day to day I run on-page and technical SEO, content strategy, structured data, hreflang, AI search visibility, and conversion-rate experimentation on every key landing page. The infrastructure is built to scale into new markets without rebuilding from scratch every time.

Octotable

Restaurant reservation and table-management SaaS used by restaurants across Europe and beyond. I built the SEO and content strategy from scratch, designed the multilingual content architecture across multiple European languages, and run paid acquisition across the full Google and Meta stack. I also lead conversion-funnel optimization, from the first impression to the demo request.

The marketing focus is on entity-level positioning, localized topical authority, and AI search retrievability, so that restaurant owners find Octotable both in classic search and in conversational tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.

SAAS • SMART HOSPITALITY

OK Home

Italian smart-hospitality platform that automates self check-in, guest identification, and energy efficiency for hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rentals. I led the go-to-market strategy, rebuilt the website and the booking flow from scratch, and engineered the analytics and conversion-tracking layer. The redesign improved conversion rates by 90% and quadrupled monthly demo bookings.

I also built the SEO foundation from zero, the content roadmap, and the paid acquisition program targeting Italian property managers, with a dedicated focus on regulatory keywords specific to the Italian short-term rental market.

Where it all started.

Before SaaS, I learned the craft inside an actual operating business with real guests, real reviews, and real revenue at stake.

HOSPITALITY • ROME • 2017 / 2022

Hotel Centro Cavour

Full digital transformation of a boutique hotel in Rome, in the historic Monti district. I led the brand redesign, the website rebuild, the SEO travel blog, and the OTA strategy. Booking.com score moved from 8.7 to 9.4 and held there for over three years, organic traffic grew by +180%, and direct bookings increased by +90%. OTA commission costs dropped by around 35% as direct conversions took over.

This is the project that taught me the discipline of the work. Every metric had a guest and a euro behind it. There was nowhere to hide bad strategy.
