Octorate is a leading technology company specializing in all-in-one management software for the hospitality industry. They provide cloud-based solutions for hotels, vacation rentals, and tourist accommodations across 78 countries. The company has earned the highest certifications from major booking platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia for over 10 years, making them a trusted partner in hospitality technology.

The Challenge

Octorate needed a website that could effectively showcase their comprehensive hospitality management platform to property owners across multiple international markets. Their existing site didn’t clearly communicate how their all-in-one software could simplify hotel operations or demonstrate the value of their integrated approach to booking management, payments, and online distribution.

What I Did

I completely rebuilt the Octorate website to position them as “the ultimate all-in-one software” for hospitality businesses. The new design clearly explains how their cloud-based platform helps property owners manage everything from one dashboard, including reservations, housekeeping, payments, and online distribution.

I created 48 SEO-optimized pages across 10 languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Greek, Croatian, Polish, and Romanian. This extensive multilingual approach allows Octorate to reach property owners across Europe and beyond, each in their preferred language.

The website now showcases six main products: PMS (Property Management System), Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Website Builder, AI Web Concierge, and Payment Manager. Each product has dedicated pages explaining exactly how it solves specific hospitality challenges like overbooking, manual updates, and commission costs.

The Results

The new website clearly presents Octorate as a comprehensive solution for hospitality businesses, with prominent statistics showing their global reach: 78 countries, 395 reservations per month, and 102 OTA partners. The homepage immediately communicates key benefits like “no overbooking” and “flexible monthly plans” that property owners care about most.

I organized the content to address different property types, with dedicated sections for hotels and vacation rentals. The site showcases partnerships with major platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia, building trust with potential customers who recognize these brands.

The multilingual optimization ensures Octorate can serve property owners who prefer to evaluate business software in their native language. Each language version targets local search terms while maintaining consistent messaging about the platform’s comprehensive capabilities and proven track record in hospitality technology.
