About My Tiny Group

My Tiny Group is a hospitality company that operates multiple travel and accommodation services across Rome and other Italian cities. They run several brands including My Tiny Home (group accommodations), My Tiny Concierge (travel services), and other hospitality ventures. The company focuses on providing modern, flexible solutions for international travelers visiting Italy, with a particular emphasis on group travel and personalized service.

The Challenge

My Tiny Group runs travel services across Rome, Florence, Venice, and Naples but their old website wasn’t working well. The design looked outdated, didn’t rank on Google, and only worked in one language. This made it hard for international travelers to find and book their services.

What I Did

I completely rebuilt their website from scratch using WordPress and Elementor. The new design looks professional and makes it easy for visitors to understand what services are available. Instead of confusing navigation, everything is organized clearly so people can quickly find what they need.

The biggest improvement was creating 96 web pages optimized for SEO in three languages: English, Spanish, and Italian. This means when someone searches for “airport transfer Rome” or “Vatican luggage storage” in any of these languages, the website has a much better chance of showing up on Google.

I also redesigned how services are presented on the site. Each service now has its own dedicated page explaining exactly what’s included, how to book, and why it’s useful. The booking process is much simpler now, with clear buttons and contact information visible on every page.

The Results

The website now works perfectly on phones, tablets, and computers. Loading times are fast, which is important for travelers who might be using hotel wifi or mobile data. The site clearly showcases all of My Tiny Group’s services, from airport transfers to guided tours and luggage storage near major attractions like the Vatican and Colosseum.

Customer testimonials are featured prominently throughout the site, which helps build trust with new visitors. The contact information and booking options are easy to find on every page, making it simple for potential customers to get in touch.

The multilingual approach means the website can serve travelers from different countries who prefer to browse and book in their own language. This significantly expands the potential customer base beyond just English-speaking tourists.
