The Challenge
Oscar Generale owned a stunning luxury villa just 30 minutes from Rome but had no digital presence to showcase this exclusive property to potential high-end guests. He needed a website that could capture the villa’s cinematic beauty and communicate its unique positioning as a luxury escape for celebrities, executives, and affluent travelers seeking absolute privacy and world-class amenities.
What I Did
I created Villa Nayara’s entire digital presence from scratch, building a website that reflects the property’s “Hollywood dream in Rome” positioning. The site emphasizes the villa’s exclusivity, luxury amenities, and unique features like ancient caves on the property, Michelin-trained private chef services, and VIP limousine transfers.
I developed comprehensive SEO optimization targeting luxury villa searches for the Rome area, focusing on keywords like “luxury villa Italy,” “exclusive retreat near Rome,” and “private villa with chef.” The content strategy positions Villa Nayara as more than accommodation but as a complete luxury experience.
I integrated a sophisticated booking engine that handles the high-value reservations while maintaining the exclusive feel appropriate for this luxury market.
